“As a general rule, there should be no interest in British troops going into other people’s countries and interfering. Many countries, such as Afghanistan or Colombia, which allows growing cocaine or opium, is committing an act of war against us. We should send in troops to obliterate every field of the stuff. Then, if they interfere, we should obliterate as many cities as it takes until the government learn to stop it.”
